1. Definitions

  • Exchange:‌ The process of replacing a returned item with a different product or variant.
  • Return Window:‌ The period during which a return request is eligible for consideration.
  • Original Condition:‌ The state of the product as sold, including all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories, unused and undamaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund or exchange, the item must meet ‌all‌ of the following criteria:

  2. A return request must be initiated within ‌14 calendar days‌ from the date you received the item.
  3. The item must be in its ‌Original Condition‌: unused, unopened (if sealed), with all tags and protective packaging intact, free from any damage, marks, or alterations.
  4. The item is not listed under “Non-Returnable Items” (Section 3).
  5. You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number and/or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are ‌FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Personalized or Custom-made Products:‌ Any item that has been monogrammed, engraved, or otherwise customized based on your specification.
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items:‌ Any product where hygiene is paramount once the original packaging is opened (e.g., certain types of pen ink cartridges, art mediums in openable containers).
  • Digital Products:‌ PDFs, digital downloads, or access codes.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” Items:‌ Products explicitly marked as such on the product page or during checkout.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Items Damaged Due to Customer Mishandling.

4. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Initiate a Return Request

  • Upon approval, we will email you a ‌Return Authorization Number (RMA)‌ and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping.
  • Do not ship the item back without an RMA number.‌ Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item

  • Securely pack the item in its ‌original packaging‌, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package.
  • Write the ‌RMA number clearly on the outside of the package‌.

Step 4: Our Inspection & Processing

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the ‌Original Condition‌ criteria. This process typically takes ‌5-7 business days‌.
  • Important:‌ Upon inspection, if the item is found to be damaged, used, or missing components, we reserve the right to reject the return, ship the item back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Policy (After Successful Return)

Key Policy Highlight: We DO NOT offer partial or full refunds without the physical return of the eligible item.‌ A refund is processed ‌only after‌ a return is received and passes our inspection.

  • Timing:‌ Refunds will be processed within ‌10 business days‌ after we approve the return.
  • Method:‌ The refund will be issued to the ‌original payment method‌ used for the purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
  • Amount:‌ The refund will be for the ‌price of the returned product(s)‌.
  • Deductions:‌ Please note that original ‌shipping & handling fees are non-refundable‌. If you received free shipping based on a minimum order value and your return brings the order below that threshold, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Bank Processing:‌ Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional ‌5-10 business days‌ for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you must first follow the standard Return Process (Sections 4 & 5).
  • Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  • Price Differences:‌ You will be charged for any price difference in the new item, and any price difference from the returned item will be refunded as per Section 5.

7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

We take full responsibility for errors on our part.

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, ‌please contact us within 48 hours of delivery‌ at ‌workfication@sgofficebox.com‌ with your order number and photo/video evidence.
  • In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and will, at your discretion, arrange for a ‌full replacement‌ or a ‌full refund‌ (including original shipping costs) once the incorrect/defective item is received. ‌This is the sole exception to the standard return shipping cost rule.
