  • All orders are offers to purchase products, subject to our acceptance. We may choose to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion, including due to errors in product or pricing information, stock unavailability, suspicion of fraud, or an inability to authorize your payment.
  • Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Any confirmation prior to this is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance.

  • All prices displayed on the Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that pricing errors will not occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat the order as cancelled.
  • You authorize us to charge the total amount (including taxes and shipping) to the payment method you provide. Payment must be completed before we process and ship your order.
  • We use reputable third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and acknowledge that we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

‌5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss‌

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate ‌Shipping Policy‌. By placing an order, you agree to the terms therein, which are incorporated by reference. Key points include:

  • We ship to addresses in Singapore. International shipping is not standardly offered but may be arranged by special request.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier for shipment.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country for international shipments (if applicable).

‌6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges‌

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our ‌Refund and Returns Policy‌. By placing an order, you agree to its terms. Important highlights include:

  • We do not offer a “refund-only” option without the physical return of the item.
  • Returns must be initiated within a specified period (e.g., 14 days) from delivery, and items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SG OFFICE BOX IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES (OR PRODUCTS) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD $100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SG Office Box and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

‌12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution‌

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within sixty (60) days, it shall be finally settled by the courts of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We may terminate or suspend your Account and/or your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

  • ‌Entire Agreement:‌ These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SG Office Box.
