All orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding Singapore public holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

  • Standard Processing:‌ Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carrier within ‌1-3 business days‌ from the order date. Please note, this is a processing time and does not include transit time.
  • Peak Season Delays:‌ During sales, promotional events, or peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Back-to-School), order processing may take longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
  • Order Verification:‌ For security purposes, our team may contact you via email (workfication@sgofficebox.com) or phone (+65 9338 4888) to verify certain order details. Expedited shipping cannot begin until verification is complete.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship to addresses within ‌Singapore‌. We partner with reliable local and regional courier services such as Ninja Van, Singapore Post (SingPost), and Lalamove for certain areas.

International Shipping:‌ At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping from our website. Please contact our Customer Service team at workfication@sgofficebox.com to inquire about potential special arrangements.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the size/weight of your order (parcel dimensions), and the selected shipping speed.

  • Free Shipping:‌ We periodically offer promotions for free standard shipping on orders meeting a minimum spend. This will be clearly advertised on our website.
  • Large/Bulky Items:‌ Selected products (e.g., specific Desktop Storage Boxes) may incur an additional handling or shipping surcharge, which will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your account on www.sgofficebox.com to view tracking information. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us.

5. Delivery & Receiving Your Order

  • Address Accuracy:‌ You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Double-check your address before submitting your order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts:‌ Most carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card. It is your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions for re-delivery or pickup from a local depot. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will be refunded for the product cost ‌only‌, not including original or return shipping fees.
  • Security & Risk:‌ Upon delivery, the responsibility for the package (including loss or damage) transfers to you. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive it. We are not liable for packages reported as “delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items

Due to carrier regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipments require a physical street address.

7. Damages, Losses & Shipping Errors

While we take great care in packing your stationery and cultural treasures, issues can occur in transit.

  • Damaged Upon Delivery:‌ If your package appears damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier. Contact us ‌within 48 hours‌ of delivery at workfication@sgofficebox.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
  • Lost in Transit:‌ If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. For domestic shipments, we typically allow 10 business days after the last tracking update before declaring a package lost and issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Item Shipped:‌ If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of what you received. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item to you as soon as possible.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will be updated accordingly. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
